1. How does this shopping spree gift certificate work ?

As a holder of a Shopping Spree Gift Certificate(s), you shop as you would in any store. You can select any items we currently offer. You then receive a STORE CREDIT up to the dollar amount shown on your Certificate(s). You need only pay the small charge for processing and delivery for each item for delivery right to your door. Gift certificates can be redeemed via the web. Don't forget to Submit your Shopping Spree Passcode.

2. What if I don't feel safe ordering over the internet?

We appreciate your concern about exchanging personal and financial information over the internet and have come up with a solution. Add all the items you would like to your shopping cart and proceed to check out. Next enter in all your information name, address, phone, email, etc... Follow the instructions as you enter in all your information until you get to the last page, you will now be asked to provide us with a credit card. Now, after you filled in all your information, you should print the page making sure all your information is filled out correctly. Fax or mail your order to us:

3. What forms of payments are accepted for online purchases?

We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.raudulent payment information will be reported to the proper authorities. You may also pay for your order by money order or personal cheque. But, we recommend using a Credit Card for speedier delivery.

4. Can I order items to be sent as gifts?

Any item you select can be shipped to another recipient's address. However; we do not offer a gift wrapping service.

5.Can orders be shipped internationally?

At this time, orders can be shipped inside the United States, its possessions and/or territories, Canada and other countries listed in the Check Out form. Note, countries listed are subject to change without notice.

An international P&D surcharge fee will apply for all international orders.

6. How does your shipping policy work?

Canadian CostCutters has implemented a policy of one charge per item, which includes the shipping and handling. You do not pay any extra shipping charges for your order. The amount that you are charged is the “Our Price” amount that you see next to each item. Again, this is shipping and handling included. Applicable taxes are applied at checkout.

7. What gets deducted from my certificate?

Each time you select an item and place it in your shopping cart, the amount that is listed as “Our Price” gets applied to the certificate. This “Our Price” amount is deducted from your certificate value which enables you to shop until the full certificate value has been used.
